What if I don't see my school listed?

It could be we weren't able to obtain your schools updated 2023-2024 list yet. If you have your list available feel free to send it to us at info@thesuppliesbox.com or WhatsApp it to 732-328-9120 and we will notify you as soon as it is up.

What if my school requires a certain brand for an item?

You will receive the specific brand your school requires. All glue is Elmer's, all crayons and markers are Crayola and all kid scissors are Fiskars (unless specified otherwise).

Can I specify colors I want?

Feel free to leave us a note with your favorite colors, but we cannot guarantee you will receive those colors. We give unisex or the appropriate colors for your package.

Do you offer a 'pick up option' instead of delivery?

We offer 2 pick-up locations; 1) Freunds & Family, 1201 River Ave, Lakewood NJ 2) Our new Toms River store, 1580 Lakewood Rd, Toms River NJ. Do not come to pick up your order until you receive a notification that it is ready for pick-up. All orders $99 and over qualify for FREE shipping. (Feel free to combine your order together with neighbors so you qualify for free shipping.)

When will I receive my order?

Orders will begin shipping the beginning of August. If you need your order before or after a specific date please make sure to let us know in your order!
